Vanessa has been working in the real estate industry since 2008 and has been a broker since 2010. Her qualifications include her Real Estate Broker certification, Agency Executive Officer certification and Shopping Centre Management Certificate from the International Council for Shopping Centres (ICSC).
Since the beginning of her career, she has gained experience in a variety of transactions ranging from residential, multi-residential and commercial real estate.
With a passion for real estate and the growing city of Montreal, Vanessa combines her know-how of the industry with her interest in trends, the ever changing market and her understanding of the greater Montreal area by offering a variety of real estate services from the sale and rental of residential, multi-residential and commercial properties, land and new developments.
Vanessa’s exposure to the residential and commercial market in the greater Montreal area (including Laval and the South Shore markets) guarantees her clients a handheld experience.
